Process of Re-Manufacturing A Centerless Grinder
- Completely dismantle the machine.
- Disassemble all units.
- Clean all parts of machine.
- Paint all parts of machine.
- Regrind and rescrape Regulating Wheel Housing, Swivel, Upper, and Lower slides. Rescrape or replace and adjust gibs.
- Regrind and rescrape Regulating Wheel Dresser Slides.
Check and rebuild hydraulics. - Regrind and rescrape Grinding Wheel Dresser Slides.
Check and rebuild hydraulics. - Rebuild Grinding wheel spindle.
- Rebuild Regulatory wheel spindle.
- Rebuild transmission and replace worn pulleys, belts, etc.
- Rebuild hydraulic unit and pump. Replace hoses, fittings, as necessary.
- Replace all chains, sprockets, and belts, as necessary.
- Overhaul lubrication system.
- Overhaul electrical system.
- Assemble machine.
